CITROCOAT® N

CITROCOAT® N is the Jungbunzlauer trade name for citric acid with a monosodium citrate coating. Compared to regular citric acid, CITROCOAT® N is less hygroscopic and less reactive with other ingredients.

Sodium L(+)-Lactate Blends

The blends of sodium lactate and sodium diacetate show safe and effective preservation properties for processed meat products.

Tripotassium Citrate

Tripotassium citrate is used as buffering, sequestering or emulsifying agent. It usually replaces trisodium citrate whenever a low sodium content is desired.

Citric Acid Monohydrate

Citric acid monohydrate is the "historic" form of citric acid and contains one crystal water molecule.

Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate

Trisodium citrate dihydrate is a tribasic salt of citric acid. It is widely used in foods, beverages and various industrial applications mainly as buffering, sequestering or emulsifying agent.

Citric Acid Anhydrous

Citric acid is the most widely used organic acid and pH-control agent in foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals and industrial applications. Citric acid anhydrous is particularly recommended in dry blends.

L(+)-Lactic Acid

Lactic acid is a naturally occurring organic acid. It is used in many products as a mild acidity regulator with flavour enhancing and antibacterial properties.

L(+)-Lactic Acid Buffered

This solution consisting of lactic acid and sodium lactate solution is commonly used in confectionery products as a mild acidity regulator.
