More information about CITROFOL® BII:

General information

CITROFOL® BII is a preferred efficient primary plasticiser for sensitive applications under scrutiny due to no concerns in terms of toxicological, ecotoxicological and environmental reasons. The excellent compatability in PVC makes CITROFOL® BII a well suited and recommended plasticiser for medical devices, toys, food packaging and inks but also technical applications like artificial leather, textile coating, flooring and automotive.

As indicated in the safety data sheet, the substance tributyl O-acetylcitrate has been tested for biodegradability according to OECD Test Guideline 302 C.

Specifications

CITROFOL® BII is supplied in bulk, in intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) with 1000 kg net weight, in drums with 215 kg net weight and in small drums with 25 kg net content. Other packaging is possible upon request.

Jungbunzlauer CITROFOL® BII has been registered according to REACH Regulation at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in 2010.
