Photovoltaic plant for our factory in Ladenburg

Sustainability is a keystone of our strategy and value proposition. It plays an important role in our supply chain, from the raw materials we source to the products we manufacture.

We invest in numerous projects to further reduce our emissions and to achieve our goal to be climate neutral by 2050. One of our projects focus on green energy: to source energy from renewable sources. Doing so, we installed a rooftop photovoltaic plant on our new built warehouse in Ladenburg, Germany. Construction has been finalised in the first quarter this year. The installed capacity is ~ 1.3 MWp and save us ~ 440 t CO2e per year. This is only the beginning of our journey to reduce our carbon footprint with green energy. Further photovoltaic plants at our different production sites are in planning.
