Caring about People

Employees

“Work Safe and Home Safe Every Day” is our life-saving slogan expressing that the safety of our employees comes first and foremost in all our actions and decisions. Accordingly, we have set ambitious targets in our Safety, Security and Health Policy.

We ensure secure employment, fair wages and an open work environment for all employees.

We strive to engage the most qualified individual for each position, to promote talents and to offer equitable opportunities for development to all employees throughout their entire career journey. By providing inclusive development programmes, fostering a supportive work culture, and offering advancement opportunities based on merit, we aim to create an environment where all employees feel valued and can thrive.

We promote diversity at all levels of the company, especially in leadership roles. As an example, female representation in the Executive Committee increased from 0% in 2020 to 38% in 2024.

We develop a competitive Total Rewards approach and ambition to become a “Great Place to Work” (certification).

We build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with trusted suppliers supporting human rights and ethical business conduct to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

Communities

We strive to create long-term value for the communities in which we operate by maintaining and increasing qualified employment in and around our production sites.
