More information about ERYLITE® Stevia:
General information
ERYLITE® Stevia is a unique natural sweetening system based on the bulk sweetener ERYLITE® and the stevia extract Rebaudioside A. Free from calories it provides a sugar-like bulk, sweetness and taste. The plant-based origin of Rebaudioside A and the fermentation origin of ERYLITE® makes ERYLITE® Stevia fully natural. ERYLITE® Stevia finds application in foods and beverages – for tasty sugar and calorie reduction.
ERYLITE® Stevia occurs as colourless crystals of high purity. It is an odourless substance with a sweet taste. It is freely soluble in water. ERYLITE® Stevia is non-toxic and has a low reactivity. It is chemically stable if stored at ambient temperatures. It is not hygroscopic. ERYLITE® Stevia is non-cariogenic and has a zero glycaemic index. ERYLITE® Stevia is offered in different types, having different levels of sweetness.
