EU Commission initiates an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Erythritol from China

Following the request by the EU erythritol producing industry, the European Commission has today initiated an anti-dumping investigation regarding imports of erythritol from China. The European Commission will investigate the Chinese imports that are imported in large volume at extremely low prices and decide on the imposition of additional customs duties with a view to establish a fair and competitive level playing field between imported and EU produced erythritol.
