Jungbunzlauer will once again be demonstrating innovative solutions at the Health ingredients Europe (HiE) from 27 - 29 November 2018 in Frankfurt, Europe`s superior health, natural and nutrition show. Following the veganism trend Jungbunzlauer will furthermore, serve an egg-free, vegan muffin, prepared with an egg replacer on basis of Jungbunzlauer xanthan gum, which allows a delicious and highly technologically developed alternative to a full egg version.
