Jungbunzlauer exhibits at the Fi Europe 2017
Jungbunzlauer gladly announced that it is exhibiting at the Food ingredients Europe (FiE), in Frankfurt, one of the most important food ingredients events worldwide. As a leading producer of biodegradable ingredients of natural origin, Jungbunzlauer will showcase its product portfolio that covers important food acids, stabilisers and sweeteners. Moreover, Jungbunzlauer specifically addresses global nutritional trends such as sugar reduction, mineral fortification and sodium reduction and will highlight these topics particularly at FiE 2017.
ERYLITE®, Jungbunzlauer’s sugar replacement is demonstrating its pleasant taste and flavour enhancing properties in a Horchata, currently gaining popularity as rice based milk alternative. The Horchata is also fortified with highly bioavailable and organic acid derived minerals such as calcium, magnesium and zinc, representing three of the most important minerals for human health and wellbeing. Mineral fortification is further highlighted by an innovative nutritional protein bar containing potassium as 4th mineral.
Using sub4salt®, a 1:1 salt replacer in a delicious tomato soup, taste and texture optimised by applying potassium gluconate and xanthan gum, Jungbunzlauer products demonstrate how convenience food can be improved in terms of taste, texture and nutritional value.
At the Food ingredients Europe 2017 Jungbunzlauer will furthermore serve delicious soya burgers, using lactate blends for safety purposes and xanthan gum for texture control as well as sugar free and sodium reduced seed clusters. The clusters are produced with a sugar free new binder syrup containing ERYLITE® Stevia.
