Product safety and marketing & labelling

Our approach

Jungbunzlauer is committed to provide an overall positive experience to its customers, and establishing itself a trustworthy, reliable and professional partner. As a supplier to the food industry as well as many other industries, we acknowledge our responsibility for the safety and the health of our food additives and ingredients as well as for the correct labelling and service information. As they are complex topics, the responsibilities regarding product safety and marketing & labelling are shared between management and all our different departments.

Our ambition

We want to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. This means exhaustive quality control in all sectors of the company. We adhere to the zero defects principle which applies not only to our products, but also to product packaging, accompanying documents and delivery.

Our goal is to constantly reduce the number of justified customer complaints and prevent justified complaints with the defect class “Food safety – critical”. Complaints are tracked, investigations are performed and corrective actions are implemented, where necessary.
