Return attendance at the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo 2014 in New Orleans

We are pleased to announce our return attendance at the IFT, taking place 21-24 June, 2014 in New Orleans, LA.

More than 18,000 of the world’s top food science and technology professionals, representing the most prominent organizations in the global food sector, will attend the IFT in New Orleans this summer to learn about the most recent product, ingredient, and technology developments, and their potential business impact, as well as to identify trends that will shape the industry.

Participating again in this year’s IFT validates Jungbunzlauer’s presence in the global food sector and gives us the opportunity to present our established ingredients of natural origin for sodium reduction, mineral fortification and sugar reduction.

Have your pig and eat it too, with bite size pig in a blanket that contains a hot dog that is 47 % reduced in sodium featuring sub4salt® cure and potassium lactate. sub4salt® cure is the first stable, reduced sodium curing salt substitute and potassium lactate is a sodium free alternative to sodium lactate for Listeria control. In addition, the hot dogs are phosphate reduced by 40 % using sodium gluconate as a stabilizer, without compromising taste, texture or shelf life.

Being healthy is our cup of tea, with our ready-to-drink tea that overcomes the challenges of sugar reduction and mineral fortification. Compare a conventional sweet tea to our 50 % sugar reduced version which illustrates that off-taste masking, acid sweetness balance and mineral fortification are achievable. This natural and refreshing ready-to-drink tea not only tastes delicious, but also delivers the health benefits of the most widely consumed beverage in the world.

We are pleased to invite you to our booth #2524, 21- 24 June, 2014 at the IFT New Orleans. Come and find out about our healthy and safe choices for sodium reduction, mineral fortification and sugar reduction!
