Jungbunzlauer to exhibit at IFFA 2013

This year, for the first time, Jungbunzlauer is going to attend IFFA 2013 in Frankfurt, 4-9 May 2013. IFFA has been the world’s largest trade fair for the meat industry for more than 60 years showcasing all process stages – from processing to packaging through to selling. Hundreds of exhibitors presenting their innovations meet thousands of visitors seeking the latest technologies, products and services.

Participating at this year’s IFFA gives Jungbunzlauer the opportunity to present our established ingredients of natural origin for the meat industry as well as our new healthy and safe solutions. sub4salt® cure is a brand new, stable and ready to use substitute for curing salt. Lactic acid for carcass wash supports good hygienic slaughtering practices and increases food safety for the consumers. Lactates and blends guarantee improved preservation and sodium reduction in processed meat products. Last but not least, we’re presenting sodium gluconate, our cost effective stabiliser, permitting up to 60% phosphate reduction in cooked sausages without compromise in bite and taste.
