Jungbunzlauer exhibits at the Hi Europe 2018

Booth: 8K80 (hall 8)

Jungbunzlauer will once again be demonstrating innovative solutions at the Health ingredients Europe (HiE) from 27 - 29 November 2018 in Frankfurt, Europe`s superior health, natural and nutrition show. As a leading producer of biodegradable ingredients of natural origin, Jungbunzlauer will display its product portfolio that covers important organic food acids, mineral salts, stabilisers, and sweeteners.

As in previous years Jungbunzlauer continues to address leading global health trends. This year’s focus is on major consumer trends in the baked goods industry like salt reduction, free-from products, clean and clear label, as well as shelf-life extension. The Non-GMO products from Jungbunzlauer can help to improve baking products in a healthy and functional way.

Jungbunzlauer will show its commitment to sodium reduction with a fresh scone, leavened with the sodium and phosphate free leavening agent mircoencapsulated glucono-delta-lactone.

Following the veganism trend Jungbunzlauer will furthermore, serve an egg-free, vegan muffin, prepared with an egg replacer on basis of Jungbunzlauer xanthan gum, which allows a delicious and highly technologically developed alternative to a full egg version.

As sugar reduction and mineral fortification are substantial strivings to improve health, Jungbunzlauer will additionally demonstrate a low calorie, isotonic sports drink with ERYLITE®, calcium-, trimagnesium-, and zinc citrate and will present a sugar-free dark chocolate sweetened with ERYLITE® Stevia.
ERYLITE® Erythritol has a clean sweet taste and the highest digestive tolerance compared to other polyols, while the mineral salts are extremely important for human health and wellbeing and are highly bioavailable.

We are pleased to invite you to stop by at our booth no. 8K80 in hall 8 to try our sodium and phosphate free scones, our egg-free, vegan muffin or our low calorie isotonic sports drink.
