Jungbunzlauer at Hi Europe 2014

At this year’s Hi Europe, Jungbunzlauer will address top industry trends: tasty stevia sweetened beverages and sodium reduced meat products.

Consumers refuse to compromise on taste when choosing low- or no-calorie soft drinks. Stevia is regarded as a healthy alternative to sugar but it is known for its slightly bitter or liquorice off-notes.
