Jungbunzlauer at Fi Europe 2015

Food Ingredients Europe is the leading trade show for the food and beverage ingredients industry in Europe and beyond. Exhibiting again at Fi Europe gives Jungbunzlauer the opportunity to present our established functional ingredients which meet the global nutritional trends sodium reduction in meat, sugar reduction in beverages, and mineral fortification in food supplements.

With our range of lactates and gluconates, but also with sub4salt® cure, a 1:1 curing salt replacer, Jungbunzlauer offers effective solutions for substantial sodium reduction in processed meat while ensuring food safety and a long shelf-life. At Fi Europe 2015 we present delicious sausages which can be combined with sugar reduced ketchup.
New ways of sugar reduction in beverages will be demonstrated with ERYLITE® – Jungbunzlauer`s brand for erythritol. After the European Commission’s approval of the use of erythritol in beverages, an expansion of its field of application can already be observed. Come by and try our sugar-free near water drink! Furthermore, we are introducing the latest addition to our portfolio ERYLITE® Bronze to the market.
Mineral fortification with highly bioavailable mineral salts such as calcium, magnesium, potassium citrate und zinc derived from organic acids is highlighted with samples of innovative fortified “shots” and “gummies”.
