For our Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

CEO Executive Support Manager (f/m)


Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the CEO/Management Committee in special projects which will be defined with the CEO 
  • Conceptual and content preparation of leadership meetings (such as Management Committee Meeting, board meetings of subsidiaries, site visits, etc.) 
  • Prepare/brief and support CEO for key internal and external meetings (Board of Directors Meetings of Jungbunzlauer Holding AG, Corporate Strategy Meeting, Pulse Calls, Quarterly "Town Halls" for all employees in the group, meetings of industry associations, etc.) 
  • Management of Management Committee Meeting agenda, prioritisation of topics and follow-up with functional heads; continuous improvement of operational effectiveness and efficiency of the Management Committee 
  • Coordination of cross-functional approaches and initiatives owned by CEO
  • Preparation of risk management content related to risks owned by CEO 
  • Oversight for strategic projects like the Vision 2030
  • Coordination of strategic project teams in cooperation with appointed workstream lead(s) 
  • Presentation in Management Committee Meetings in collaboration with respective workstream lead(s) 
  • Ensure reporting on progress/synergy to Management Committee 
  • Follow-up on of timely progress of critical milestones

Profile

  • University degree /completed MBA or equivalent studies 
  • Organisational understanding and how to work in complex matrix settings; experience in working in international teams, strong cross-cultural sensitivity 
  • At least 5 to 10 years professional experience in a complementing area of work 
  • Previous experience within senior project positions, strategic roles with cross-functional exposure 
  • Good Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP 
  • Ingredients knowledge and understanding of key industry environment is a plus 
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken - German and/or French would be a plus 
  • Very good communication skills incl. ability to listen and giving feedback
