VP Product Category Texturants

Tasks and responsibilities

The Vice President Product Category will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Texturants. This individual will be responsible for developing the Category and driving growth, profitability, and market share, by leveraging operations and R&D capabilities, market intelligence, sales and customer feedback

 

  • Strategy: Develop and implement the Category strategy, aligned with corporate strategy and market evolutions
  • Shape and Grow Category: Lead product portfolio management, including additions through acquisitions and partnerships, innovation projects, and product life-cycle management
  • Product Management and Marketing: Develop product positioning and pricing strategies to drive growth, enhance competitiveness and ensure profitability
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team, including Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Technical Support, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholders Management: Ensure a good alignment with cross-functional teams up to the Executive Committee
  • Customer Focus: keep customers at the center with reliability and service value proposition
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of Texturants market dynamics, including customer needs, peers and competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
