Marketing Project Manager
Tasks and responsibilities
Budget Management:
Implement and oversee marketing budget
- Including online and print advertising, tradeshows, giveaways, demo devel-opment as well as company expenses such as conferences, training and trade organisation membership
Trade shows execution, preparation, management (USA, Canada):
- Develop, plan and execute participation in company trade shows ranging from three to over thirty company attendees
- Booth design, graphic layout, on-site management, scheduling, lead generation and follow-up
- Maintain alignment with research and development with regards to topics, demos, graphics and presentations
- Attend industry trade shows as needed
- Evaluation of potential new and existing trade shows
Marketing and Public Relations:
- Responsible for developing and implementing annual print and online advertising plan in accordance with four annual focal points in cooperation with HQ Marketing Project Managers
- Media plan development and execution in close cooperation with HQ Marketing Pro-ject Managers
- Lead generation and follow-up
- Maintain schedule for advertising
Manage internal branding and motivational tools
Support social media presence and campaigns
Support internal communication
- Manage intranet for NAM team
Develop, edit and proofread global marketing and global public relations material including: press releases, new product announcements, product literature and general communication as
Profile
University degree in marketing, event management or marketing associated field
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently
Ability to travel to all company trade shows (25 - 35 % travel)
Team oriented, strong organisational skills and self-motivated
Job is based on-site in our Boston area office
