Lactics is Jungbunzlauer’s new product group. The backbone of this group is L(+)-lactic acid, the second largest edible organic acid after citric acid. Jungbunzlauer’s Lactics portfolio also contains lactates and blends. Thanks to their antibacterial, pH regulation, water holding and flavouring properties, Lactics are used in a wide range of food, personal care and industrial applications.
