Jungbunzlauer LIQUINAT® L is a food grade citric acid (E-Number E330, CAS-No. 77-92-9) in liquid form, produced by a microbial fermentation of a carbohydrate substrate. Due to its advantages in handling, LIQUINAT® L is widely used as acidulant and pH-control agent in foods, beverages and pharmaceuticals.
