Jungbunzlauer Xanthan Gum – Transparent and Vegan

Jungbunzlauer is proud to announce that all Xanthan gum grades, including the transparent grades, are now suitable for vegan products.

To support the growing desire for products that are completely free from animal derived ingredients, Jungbunzlauer has optimised the production process to produce Xanthan gum that is perfectly suitable for a vegan diet and beyond.

In recent years the food industry has introduced a continuously growing number of products following the vegan principles by using ingredients that are not made by animals or containing anything from animal origin. Broadening the range of convenient foods for a vegan diet depends on the availability of suitable ingredients like Xanthan gum. Our extended range of vegan Xanthan gum now supports the food industry in this development.
