This year we will be exhibiting at FISA for the fourth time, showing our latest applications of our ingredients for different food industries aligned with the local trends such as sodium reduction and sugar reduction as well as our new developments in the meat & dairy alternatives market.

Our product highlights:

sub4salt® helps to reduce sodium without compromising taste and allows sodium reduction up to
35-50% by replacing common salt. sub4salt® was designed for a 1:1 replacement of salt, so that the product is very easy to use and does not require any adjustment of the standard recipe.

ERYLITE® is the first polyol that can be considered natural, a fermentation based bulk sweetener which allows having a zero calorie, non-GMO sweetening solution. ERYLITE® has a clean sweet taste, a glycemic index of zero, and an extraordinarily high digestive tolerance, significantly higher and hence, much less laxative compared to other polyol sweeteners.

We will also participate at the Fi Innovation Awards, which are the main national awards of food ingredients and the food industry. We will be showing our sweeteners, ERYLITE®, and its different versions as an alternative to reduce calories.
