At the HiE 2010 in Madrid Jungbunzlauer presents its health related product portfolio HealthyChoices@Jungbunzlauer for mineral fortification, sugar replacement and salt reduction.

The organic mineral salts of Jungbunzlauer comprise a unique range of high-purity, neutral tasting organic sources of calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc derived from citric or gluconic acid. They are relevant for health claims through their specific benefits for heart, bone and muscle health.

Jungbunzlauer also produces the unique sugar replacer erythritol, the only all natural and zero calorie sugar alcohol.
